Meet Shieh-Chi

I am a seasoned coach and facilitator who brings a combined 25+ years of experience across coaching, consulting and training experience in Diversity and inclusion.

As a Chinese woman who grew up in India and lived in the U.S. and Canada, I know first-hand the challenges that people in a minority face. I bring a unique perspective to my work as an executive coach and DEI expert. I understand the challenges that come with striving for success, and my personal experiences fuel my passion for helping individuals of diverse backgrounds achieve their goals, overcome obstacles, and find fulfillment in both their career and personal lives. I have walked in their shoes, and I am committed to walking alongside them as they navigate their paths to success.

Challenges relating to language barriers, cultural differences, generational gaps, and gender sensitivities can immobilize an organization. That is where I come in: I coach high-potential senior executives to create inclusive environments. I deliver programs that educate global organizations on discrimination and its consequences and help raise awareness of personal biases. I deepen self-awareness and learning through one-on-one coaching that cultivates an appreciation for cultural, gender and generational differences. In combination, the diversity programs and executive coaching I offer help build trust within teams and empower individuals to bring their whole selves to the table.
